Those are hot.
I suggest printing out a picture of them and hanging it behind your desk.
And then you could draw a little heart around them--OR--
you could photo shop a picture of you with the shoes. Maybe you two are laying in bed together, suggestively looking naked, hiding only under a soft, silk, eggshell colored sheet.
