And a Jake's update: We ordered cheese bread and a thin crust pepperoni. No hives! Hooray! Sorry we couldn't wait until Sunday to partake in the delicious pizza goodness.

Good thing you live in flat MN. I don't think sandals like that would be sufficient above altitude 2,000 ft, and they definitely won't be acceptable in the Rockies. Fine, wear them around the campsite and what not, but for God's sake please also bring some rugged shoes/boots for hiking.
The mountains are calling.
